Seasonal Maintenance Programs

Our Maintenance Contracts are set up and customized to allow the customer to receive services pertaining to their individual and specific needs.

Seasonal Maintenance Contracts typically cover the period of time between April and October.

During the month of April, we will visit your property to complete a Spring Clean Up and making note of any potential hazards.

Beginning in late April and early May (weather and turf growth permitting), we will begin visiting your property on a weekly basis. Visits usually include mowing of the lawn and trimming the edges and hard to reach places. Walkways and areas where grass trimmings are not desirable will be blown clean.

Garden Work (if included in your contract) will be done on a bi-weekly basis. Garden Work typically includes weeding, cultivating the soil, edging of beds, dead-heading flowers, and pruning of hedges and shrubs as required.

When turf areas are in drought condition, no cutting will occur.

Fertilizer Applications are done three to four times, approximately six to eight weeks apart, depending on your individual needs.

Weekly services will expire at the end of October. It is customary for Green Magic Landscaping to return in November for Fall Clean Up services.

Contract billing occurs monthly, with equalized payments while November work will be billed separately and will reflect the amount of work necessary to complete the Fall Clean Up services on your property.

Ponds and Water Gardens

There is nothing quite as soothing as the tranquil sounds of flowing water. We can custom design a water feature, pond, waterfall or pondless waterfall to fit your needs. Ponds require a degree of maintenance that is enjoyed by some, or the maintenance can be substantially reduced by creating a waterfall or stream without a pond, with a water reservoir underground. This also minimizes safety hazards where there are younger children or pets around the property.
